Very goodā¦but could be great with a couple of tweaks
This is very handy unit, and genuinely IP67 rated with the port covers secured. I use it an emergency backup for remote, long-distance motorbike rides. Iāve also wired it up for solar charging as conditions allow or as the need arises. My only gripe is that this unit (and everyone of them like it that Iāve seen thus far) uses micro USB and/or USB-C ports for charging. Thatās fine if youāre in a refined environment like indoors or inside a vehicle, but adventurous users need heavier duty connections (think Anderson plugs, etc) that ideally allow high-speed charging while riding or on the move.
Thanks for the feedback Angus, if you come across any other gear you would recommend please let Paul and I know :) Cheers, Mark A247
