KNIFE SHARPENER - By FireChef

This knife sharpener can set common sharpening angles from 14° to 24°. It has an adjustable knob to select the desired angle depending on the knife.

The FireChef knives are sharpened at 20 degrees. We recommend using the fine slot and pulling the knife back 3 or 4 times as required to maintain the knife.  If you have a blunt knife, you can use the Coarse slot first to correct your edge and finish it off with the fire slot.
